Today is Patriot Day. September 11th is called Patriot Day to honor the victims and heroes of the 2001 terrorist attacks, recognizing the patriotism and spirit of unity that emerged in the face of tragedy. Designated as a National Day of Service and Remembrance to commemorate the lives lost and reflect on the bravery of first responders and everyday citizens who rush toward danger to help.
